A new offering
What is Culture Tarot?
Culture Tarot is a creative planning and facilitation tool that is joyful, expansive, and centred on new ways of doing. We help the arts, not-for-profit and creative sector to re-frame the future.
Our approach is rooted in artistic and creative practices, while our research is inspiration-based, emerging and multidisciplinary - an ever-evolving mix of carefully chosen possibilities there to guide you.
This offering is for the creative thinkers and doers, purveyors of culture, artists, makers and storytellers, planners, community builders, dreamers, activists and futurists. Now is a moment to be brave, take risks and define your future.

about the facilitator
The creator of Culture Tarot, Christina Bagatavicius brings over 20 years of facilitation experience, guiding groups through planning processes that embody creativity, care and a sense of possibility in the collective future. Christina's approach to facilitation creates a culture of connection that centers the wellbeing of the entire group. Her methods are highly participatory, ensuring sessions are both productive and joyful. She’s lived many professional lives: from the Head of Interpretation at the Tate in London, to a business lead at Bruce Mau Design, a global design studio. Today, she is the principal and creative force behind Bespoke Collective, a cultural and civic consultancy she co-founded 15 years ago. Christina is also a mindfulness practitioner and a Reiki Healer.
In her many years of working with clients on planning processes, Christina has seen firsthand the limitations of applying corporate models to arts and culture planning and foresighting. She created Culture Tarot as a tool to inspire organizations to have more thoughtful, expansive and community-minded conversations that engage the mind alongside the heart, body and soul, while responding to the most pressing issues in our current climate. Today, as the arts face a crisis, Christina is looking to support clients in reimagining new and better futures.
