Public Engagement, Facilitation and Programming

An Ontario Youth Wellness Hub in being launched at the Woodgreen Community Services and it will be an integrated, one-stop-shop wellness space for young people. Bespoke was hired by the project team to design and facilitate a day-long design jam centred on how to bring this youth wellness hub to life.

We had 60 engaged participants attend that included young people from the neighbourhood, service providers, community partners, social workers, and policymakers. Our fun, intensive and collaborative facilitation process included a field trip journey mapping exercise, remixing programming ideas, a manifesto activity, and the prioritization of core services. This work culminated in a report that synthesized the feedback we heard and also reflected the areas that participants cared about most.
